Online Classes

Our online classes are currently being offered every Monday and Tuesday unless noted here.

NO CLASSES first week of March. We will resume March 9th with the new schedule:

Simple Strong
Mondays 1-1:45pm

A fun, full body workout designed to help you tap into your innate strength while focusing on form, function, and creativity. We always offer multiple variations of each exercise to accomodate all levels and help you work with whatever equipment you have at home.

Core + Cardio + Upper Body
Tuesdays 8:30-9:00am

Build strength, coordination, and control in your upper body with this fast paced express workout. Weights and or bands are helpful but not required.

Badass Booty
Tuesdays 0:05-9:50am

This class is based on our Badass Booty Program, so we will do a different workout from the program each week to support you with form as you build leg and glute strength. Enrollment in the program not required to join, but highly encouraged to support progressive overload and real muscle building.

 
 

To register please send your donation and I will send you the zoom link (please leave a note with your email and which dates you’re paying for).
It’s helpful if you can register for multiple classes in advance!
