Details
The program includes 3 self guided workouts/week (with videos and instructions), a spreadsheet to track your progress, a guided journal, and 4-90 minute live group sessions lead by Ren and Polly.
Each session will include somatic practices, breath work, a 40-50 minute group workout, 10 minutes of guided journaling, and 10 minutes of closing integration.
Wednesday Sessions: January 3, 10, 17, 24 6-7:30pm PST on Zoom
Final Closing Session: January 28th 6-7pm PST
